Service overview
Valentine's 3D provides a web-based photo-to-model workflow for generating downloadable files suitable for 3D printing. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, we provide digital files only and do not provide physical printing services.
Accounts
You must authenticate with Google to access the builder and premium checkout flows. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Payments and access tiers
Paid access is processed by Stripe. Premium and subscription benefits are granted according to successful checkout and webhook confirmation.
Digital goods, cancellations, and refunds
Because purchases provide immediate access to custom and/or digital goods, orders are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable once access is granted or file generation has started. This does not limit any refund or cancellation rights that apply under mandatory consumer law.
If a generated file is materially corrupted or not delivered as described due to a fault in our service, contact support and we may reprocess the order, replace the file, or provide another remedy as required by law.
Acceptable use
Do not upload content you do not own or have rights to use. Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or infringing activity.
You represent that you hold all rights needed for uploaded images, models, and prompts, and that your use of generated files will not violate intellectual property, privacy, or other third-party rights.
Print responsibility and technical limits
You are solely responsible for printer setup, slicing profiles, material selection, calibration, machine maintenance, and safe operation. Print outcomes vary by hardware, software, environment, and operator choices.
Minor differences in dimensions, layer lines, seams, supports, surface finish, and color appearance are normal in additive manufacturing and are not, by themselves, service defects.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. You are responsible for print settings, printer safety, and validating outputs before fabrication.
We do not warrant that every generated file will be suitable for every printer, slicer, filament, resin, or use case.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim related to a paid order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Chargebacks and disputes
Before filing a payment dispute or chargeback, you agree to contact support so we can attempt to resolve delivery or quality issues. Initiating a chargeback after receiving valid digital access may result in suspension of account access where permitted by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator's home jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your location requires otherwise.
Changes to terms
Terms may be updated over time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
